How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee.

From your dashboard go to AccountSubscription and click Manage Billing. This opens your secure Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel your subscription directly. The portal also lets you update your payment method, view past invoices, and change billing contact info.

After cancellation:

  • RepRover continues running through the end of the current billing period that’s already paid for — you don’t lose service immediately
  • At the end of that period, RepRover stops posting new replies and your connections go into read-only mode
  • Your persona configurations, talking points, playbooks, and reply history are retained in case you reactivate
  • You can reactivate at any time by picking a plan again — no need to reconnect accounts or redo setup

If you’d rather fully close the account and have all data deleted rather than paused, contact us and we’ll handle the deletion manually (self-serve deletion isn’t in the product yet).
