Will the AI's responses sound human?

Yes — that’s the primary thing RepRover is built for. Modern AI models handle natural, conversational language well, and RepRover layers on top of them:

  • Your configured brand voice — not a generic “business responds to customer” tone
  • Your talking points and playbooks — so replies reference real specifics about your business
  • Demographic targeting — so the register matches the audience you’re actually talking to
  • Human approval in the loop — the default setup routes every draft through your inbox for approval or editing before it posts

The most common feedback we get from new customers is that they can’t tell which replies on their own account were written by RepRover and which ones they wrote themselves.
